The image of wheat on these earrings are an original design, sawn out of sheet metal by hand, and soldered to another layer of hand-hammered metal on the back. There is no etching, stamping, pressing, or casting involved in achieving the intricacies in this tiny image. Although this design is repeated, the process in creating the image is what gives this a one-of-a-kind quality and makes each pair unique. These earrings are made of pure copper with hand-tied sterling silver earwires.

Size: Approximately 3 1/8" from top of earwire to bottom of earring, and 2 1/8" across at its widest point.

Care Instructions: These earrings are sealed with Rennaisance Wax, which makes them resistant to tarnish for a time, but because of the nature of copper, these earrings will need to be maintained. This can easily be done with a simple jewelry polishing cloth, a gently abrasive buff, or your favorite silver/brass/copper cleaner for tougher jobs. I like Weiman (R) Silver Wipes.
