The image of wheat on these earrings is an original design, sawn out of sheet metal by hand, and soldered in two layers. There is no etching, stamping, pressing, or casting involved in achieving the intricacies in this tiny landscape to remind you of beautiful Vermont. Although this design is repeated, the process in creating the image is what gives this a one-of-a-kind quality and makes each pair unique. These earrings are made of red brass with sterling silver earwires.

Materials: Brass, sterling silver
Size: Disc measures approximately 1 1/8" in diameter
Care Instructions: These earrings are sealed with Rennaisance Wax, which makes them resistant to tarnish for a time, but because of the nature of brass, it does tarnish and needs to be maintained. This can easily be done with a simple jewelry polishing cloth, or your favorite silver/brass/copper cleaner for tougher jobs. I like Weiman (R) Silver Wipes.
